"Taking an objective view of your business is critical to effective decision making."
But most entrepreneurs find it impossible to be objective about the thing that is their passion as much as it is their livelihood. We’re here to help, with innovative business strategies for acquiring, financing, reorganizing or selling businesses.

CB4 is focused on assisting business owners plan and execute their exit strategies.
Our company has relationships with a wide variety of private and institutional investors who are looking for quality investment opportunities. CB4 guides the investment process, allowing business owners who want to retire, the opportunity to do just that.
As an entrepreneur, typically by the time you acquire good skills in divestiture you never need the skill again. At CB4, we have honed these skills over many transactions for our clients over many years and can therefore draw on our experience to save you time, money and aggravation.
Similarly, most entrepreneurs have limited experience with institutional investors. We regularly deal with these investors and as a result are better positioned to know what project fits with which investor.

Clients can rely on CB4 for a full range of services all geared to one process: Grow your business so you can reap the benefits and retire comfortably.
CB4’s extensive business knowledge and network of financing relationships provide access to many sources of corporate financing – both domestic and international.
Starting and maintaining a business is tough. It consumes your time, effort and energy. Unfortunately, most entrepreneurs are so focused on staying in business that they forget to ask a simple, vital question: How do I get out? It is never too early to plan your exit strategy and we can help with the structuring and financing of all types of buyouts. In some cases, CB4 may become the direct acquirer of a company.
